Welcome to St. Matthew Catholic Church!
Whether you’re new to St. Matthew, new to the Charlotte area or have been joining us for a while, we hope you’ll feel welcome and find a place to connect, grow in faith and become part of our parish community.
Established in 1986, St. Matthew was the 10th Catholic parish established in Mecklenburg County. Today, our parish is home to more than 11,800 families. While we have grown, our mission remains the same: to know Christ, share His love and serve as His hands and feet in our community and beyond.
We invite you to explore our parish and discover the many ways to grow in faith and connect with others. If you have questions, please call us at 704-543-7677.
